What Our Employees say

Supporting Women in Construction

"When I was studying at the School of Mines, there wasn't a lot of other women pursuing this career with me. At Pinkard, I am so excited to have access to not just other Superintendents and project managers who are open and collaborative but also to Odette Bent-Buckles, our CFO. I have experienced my fair share of uncomfortable experiences in my career. However, Pinkard's team works hard to make sure anyone feels comfortable."

Safety Culture

"At Pinkard Construction, safety is a cornerstone of our culture. We strive to create an environment that is safe for everyone on the job site, no matter the situation. Safety is not an option; it is a requirement. We take the necessary steps to ensure that our workers and clients are safe and that our projects are completed in a safe and efficient manner."

The Pink Crew Builds strong Communities

"The Pink Crew is an important part of the Pinkard culture. Being part of the Pink Crew not only helps build a strong community but it also helps us create lasting bonds with each other, and it helps us grow as individuals. Pinkard was founded and only works in Colorado’s Front Range. This is our community. We want to give back to it."

A Place to Belong

"The biggest misconception about this industry is that field jobs are not for women. I want to work to change that stereotype. Pinkard has proven to be the perfect place for that because this desire to change and grow is cultural. They make everyone feel like they belong."

Work Close to Home

"Pinkard is just the right size; I like that I make it home to eat dinner with my family every night. Pinkard doesn't just uproot you to work on a remote jobsite."

Training and Career Support

"Pinkard Construction is proud to announce that four of our employees have successfully completed their apprenticeship programs through the Construction Industry Training Council of Colorado (CITC) and have earned their Journeyman Certificate."
