What Our Clients Say

Workmanship is excellent

"We had a very demanding standard for quality. Pinkard made sure that the subs did what they were supposed to do and did it correctly. The final product speaks for itself - workmanship is excellent."

Advising on the materials

"Pinkard was really good at advising on the longevity and success of certain materials versus others, providing the context of 'we've tried that before, and the clients didn't like it after six months, or yes, that's a great product, or we see where you're going with that vision, but let's use this instead of that.' But then always balancing that with the mindfulness of our tight budget."

Very resourceful in meeting challenges

"Although (our construction) plan was thorough and very well thought out, this 114-year old hotel contained many more obstacles than we ever imagined. In my 36 years as an owner’s representative and project manager, I can honestly say that the project was in my top five as most challenging. Pinkard was very resourceful in meeting these challenges, and provided an excellent level of workmanship. My client loves their new spa, and is very pleased that the level of quality is in keeping with their Four Diamond standard."

Made a difficult job bearable

" With this demanding schedule and the countless unforeseen conditions, this project could have been a nightmare. Your understanding and dedication to the CM/GC team relationship made a difficult job bearable."

Numerous challenges faced and overcome

"I saw firsthand many of the numerous challenges that Pinkard and the entire construction team had to face and ultimately overcome. These challenges were frequent occurences, and involved portions of the existing 40-year old concrete structure interfering with planned construction. Pinkard was always conscientious about communicating field issues, putting together detailed as-builts to clarify the changes, and to diligently work to sequence and oversee subcontractor performance. Thanks to all members of your team who made so many important contributions to the success of this project."

Tireless dedication

"I know I can speak for the Brown Palace and our entire design team when I say that your belief in our vision went a long way in making this a success. Thank you all for your tireless dedication to making this incredibly challenging project a success."
