Blake Chambliss has been with Pinkard for over 40 years. His list of successful projects spans just about the entire gamut of project types, from satellite uplink facilities to recreation centers, multi-family, senior housing, fire training centers, healthcare, and Class A office buildings.

Mike Warns, Chief Risk Officer

Mike’s career at Pinkard began immediately following his return to Colorado in 1992. In 2012, Mike took on the full-time role of Director of Risk Management. As the Risk Management Department head, he oversees and manages Pinkard’s safety, quality control & defect prevention, trade partner prequalification, and claims management.
