Fire Station 15 replacement

The project will replace Station 15, which is located at 2702 E Dry Creek Road in Centennial. The proposed design is approximately 12,000 square feet with two stories consisting of three apparatus bays, six sleeping rooms, a day room, a kitchen, a dining room, offices, a fitness room, and support areas.  

The construction began in September 2023 and is expected to conclude in the summer of 2024. The design was completed in January 2023 by OZ Architecture. The project will provide a state-of-the-art facility for the South Metro Fire Rescue Authority to better serve the community.
